Jean Paul currently lives in Los Angeles. 

Graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in City Planning in 2011, he went to work for world renown photographer, Chris Burkard. Serving as Chris’ first assistant for three years, he left to pursue seminary and his own freelance work.

Jean Paul is first and foremost a storyteller. His passion comes in experiencing moments and being able to retell those moments in a variety of mediums. His approach to photography aims to catch the grand moments and subtle in between moments that evoke something beyond just the visual elements of an image.
